- Be accepted into the National Outdoor Leadership School Instructor Program
- Learn a conversational level of Spanish in order to be able to communicate with ESOL students and parents
- Improve to a proficient knowledge of oral and textual French
- Publish a collection of partially true short stories
- Publish a research paper related to 21Century Learning in the classroom
- Implement an after school creative writing program for both gifted and struggling writers
- Be accepted into the Digital Harbor Foundation EdTech Link fellowship program in Baltimore City
II. LONG-TERM GOALS, 2014 – 2018
- Improve to a proficient knowledge of oral and textual Spanish
- Become a regularly published Op-Ed writer on Education in Baltimore City
- Publish my first novel
- Earn American Canoe Association Level Four White Water Kayaking Certification

This poster was presented at the 2012 Harvard Graduate School of Education Student Research Conference "Changing Progress: The Science of Educational Reform" and at the 2012 Baltimore City Professional Development Schools Conference as a representative of the Action Research conducted by students of the Johns Hopkins University School of Education.
